Description
A sturdy, refined trouser inspired by 1940s naval workwear, tailored specifically for a women’s fit. Recut here in a beautifully textured black 8-wale corduroy with a deep, velvety finish. The wide wale lends a subtle sheen and structure, balancing the weight of utility with ease of movement and comfort.
Designed with a long rise and straight leg, the trouser features a front penny pocket, back welt pockets with flaps, and a button fly finished with Italian horn cat-eye buttons. The interior is completed with flat felled seams and bias binding for strength and a clean, uninterrupted silhouette.
While nearly identical in appearance to our men’s version, these trousers have been subtly reworked through the saddle and hip to better complement the proportions of a woman’s body.

British 8-Wale Corduroy
470 g/m²
Established in 1858, Brisbane Moss has long been at the forefront of corduroy and moleskin manufacturing in Europe. Durable yet soft, with a deep, velvety finish, this 8-wale corduroy is cut using specialized machines prior to dyeing in West Yorkshire’s Calder Valley. The wideness of the wale lends a subtle sheen and structure to the fabric that softens and gathers character with wear. Made from OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified cotton.
