A sophisticated, yet not too precious overcoat based on an original military garment from the 1940s. Reinterpreted and recut in an intricately woven virgin wool gabardine from Veneto, Italy for a more refined, tailored feel. The structured weight of the fabric lends a beautiful drape, while offering workwear-level durability.
Clean finished throughout with flat felled seams and trimmed with Italian horn cat-eye buttons. Sleeve cuff tabs nod to the coat’s utilitarian origin. Unlined and versatile, it layers well and can be worn open or buttoned.
