1. What is your shipping policy, when will my order arrive?

Each order is prepared, packed, and shipped from our small studio in Brooklyn, New York. We ship twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Shipping times at checkout do not include our processing time. Please plan accordingly.

Tracking details will be provided in your shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Time in transit can vary widely and specific service delivery days are not guaranteed.

We recommend selecting Signature Required at checkout. If you opt out, you authorize the carrier (UPS) to leave the package at your address, and assume responsibility for any loss or theft.

Please note:
Samuel Snider is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.”
Any additional shipping fees incurred due to returns, refused deliveries, or packages returned to sender are the responsibility of the customer.
For international orders, all customs, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not modify customs forms. If you refuse to pay your duties and decline to receive your shipment, you will not receive a refund on shipping. If your package is returned to us, you will need to pay any shipping fees to have it sent back.

1. I have a question about a garment, who should I email?
   If you have any questions regarding fit, measurements, fabric, or other product details, we encourage you to reach out to studio@samuelsnider.com before placing your order. A member of our team will be happy to assist you.
2. What is your return & refund policy?
   For US customers, we are happy to offer returns, exchanges, or store credit. At this time, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
   
   Please note:
   Returns must be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.
   Returned items must arrive back to us within 14 days of the original delivery date.
   All return items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached.
   We reserve the right to refuse returns for worn items or garments that show signs of wear.
   Items may not be purchased for temporary use, such as events, photoshoots, or film productions, and then returned. If our items are featured publicly on social media, online, or in print, we reserve the right to deny returns or revoke previously issued store credit. 
   We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
   Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 
   Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment
   A $15 flat-rate restocking fee per garment will be deducted
3. How do I initiate a return?
   To initiate a return, please email studio@samuelsnider.com to request return authorization and our mailing address. 
   
   Please note:
   Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
   Return shipments must include Signature Required delivery. 
   We cannot issue refunds for any return packages that lack this protection and fail to arrive.
   Once received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

How to Care for Your Garment
Every garment in our collection is crafted using the finest natural fibers, each chosen for their beauty, structure, and subtle variation. To preserve the integrity and longevity of each piece, we recommend the following care practices:

General Guidelines
Avoid frequent washing.
Always store garments in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Use padded hangers for jackets and coats. Fold knitwear to prevent stretching.
Use a clothing brush to gently remove surface dirt and refresh fabric.

Wool & Silk
Dry Clean Only: To maintain shape, structure, and finish, professional dry cleaning is strongly recommended.
Storage: Clean before storing for the off-season. Use breathable garment bags or bins.

Cotton
Hand Wash or Gentle Cycle: Use cold water and a mild detergent. Wash separately or with like colors.
Drying: Air dry flat or hang. Avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinkage.
Ironing: Press inside out with a warm iron while slightly damp for a crisp finish.

Linen or Linen Blends
Hand Wash or Gentle Cycle: Use cold water and a mild detergent. Linen softens and improves with each wash.
Drying: Air dry flat or hang dry. Avoid excessive wringing, which can damage the fibers.
Ironing: Steam or iron while damp using medium to high heat. Natural creases are a part of linen’s charm. Expect and embrace them.
